Very delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I tried bahn mi ( delicious and put together very nicely)!!!
My Beautiful wife had the cha ga…she also enjoyed her bowl of yummy goodness, the pork was grilled to perfection.
These guys know their craft!
Nice people too. We had a nice conversation with both gentlemen, we wish them much success.

Some of the nicest food I’ve eaten. The Ban Mhi baguette, Pho soup and the dumplings are all really tasty. I come here every time I’m in Waterford.

It literally means Beef Sauce Wine based on a French food called ragoût de bœuf au vin. Again, about 100 years ago, we took it and made it our own version. We are preparing the new dish to the menu. It’s called Bò Sốt Vang. The words literally mean Beef Sauce Wine. Again, it’s a dish we took from the French and made it our way with Vietnamese spices. Therefore I could say that most of Vietnamese food is a real Asian fusion. The cuisine is developed, tried and refined for over 100 years until now.
