The concept of Bun Cha Journey. Firstly, it revolves around authentic Vietnamese dishes. Why do we believe that Vietnamese food can be so close to Europeans? Even when preparing Vietnamese food in the most distinctive way, which is essentially tailored for the Vietnamese palate, we are confident that its flavors can resonate with Europeans.

This is due to historical reasons. Vietnamese cuisine today has been significantly influenced by the French colonial period; hence, the taste preferences of modern-day Vietnamese people are quite similar to those of Europeans. A prime example is our food, which doesn’t necessarily have to be spicy. The seasoning is mild, not overly intense. It’s delicious with just the right amount of flavor.

Those who have tasted these dishes in Vietnam will surely find them exactly like what we cook. That’s why we cannot make Bun Cha with beef or chicken. Gradually, we will add beef, chicken, or vegetarian dishes to the menu. And rest assured, those dishes will be other traditional Vietnamese delights.
